Both partners must be present with their IDs. You will also need to bring $65 in cash or check (NO cards accepted) and also, if either party has previously been divorced, they will need to bring a certified copy of the most recent divorce decree.

No, it is not required to schedule an appointment for a marriage license. Please note that we are not in the office on Wednesday mornings due to court. Before going to the Clerk's office, make sure to check our current office hours.
