The Clerk of Court office processes passport applications by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call the office to schedule an appointment. Forms must be filled out prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please note that if you make a mistake, you will need to start the form over (no white out or crossing out allowed).
Forms can be accessed online or you can stop in the Clerk's office to pick them up. Please make sure that you read through the Passport FAQs to ensure that you have all of the required documents.
