Through evidence-based programs, access to cessation services, and ongoing education and awareness initiatives, we strive to empower individuals to take control of their health and break free from tobacco addiction. Below are links to several resources to help you, or someone you know, quit.

This Is Quitting

The first-of-its-kind program to help young people quit vaping. This is quitting has helped over 700,000 youth and young adults on their journey to quit vaping. Text VAPEFREEND to 88709 to start on your vape free journey.
