Two-Year Single Family New Home Exemption
This two year new home exemption is for newly constructed homes in all townships and the cities of Buxton, Galesburg, Hatton, Hillsboro, Mayville, Portland & Reynolds.
This exemption is for $150,000 per year for two years, for a maximum of $300,000. The exemption starts the year after construction is complete. The application can be found at the County Equalization Office.
